Brianne (Bri) Tyler, CPA/ABV, CVA, MBAManaging ShareholderBrianne focuses her professional time on business valuation and consulting services as they apply to both small and mid-sized private enterprises. She has been qualified as an expert witness, and her valuation expert testimony has been for purposes of marital dissolution, shareholder disputes, probate disputes, and related matters. She is also qualified as a Financial Neutral in the non-litigation Collaborative Law arena. Ms. Tyler served in the elected position of Treasurer of the Collaborative Law Professionals of Pierce County Board for 2016 - 2018, is a developer and presenter of courses qualified for continuing education by the Washington Society of Certified Public Accountants (WSCPA), and is a member of both the National Association of Certified Valuators and Analysts (NACVA) and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA). Ms. Tyler received a Master of Business Administration with an emphasis in Accounting from Keller Graduate School of Management and is a licensed CPA in the state of Washington. She holds one specialty business valuation credential, the Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA) designation from the National Association of Certified Valuators and Analysts. Brianne is a native of the Pacific Northwest and cares deeply about her community. She is fortunate to have many friends and family members who live across the United States, so traveling both domestically and internationally has become her new favorite hobby. When she isn’t traveling, she spends her time either outdoors or on house projects! She loves running, but her passion is staying at home, lighting a fire, and reading a great book.
